Some questions you might have in mind

  • How do I book a picnic?
    Please send an email to allthingspicnic@outlook.com or contact 0449 202 701. Contact us for any questions and we’ll be more than happy to help.
  • How do I pay for my picnic?
    Our preferred method of payment is by direct bank transfer. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure picnic and the remaining 50% balance is due 2 days before the event.
  • How much notice is required?
    We require at least 4 weeks’ notice however the more notice you give us the better.
  • What happens if it rains?
    The weather can be unpredictable at times but don’t let this ruin your day! We have a range of options for you if the weather isn’t looking great. We suggest having a backup plan, this could be held at an indoor venue, someone’s house or in an undercover pergola/porch area. Alternatively you can reschedule your picnic for the next available date.
  • Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
    Yes, we certainly do. Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary requirements prior to booking. Please note: Halal/ Vegetarian/ Vegan/ Dairy Free/ Nut Free options are available
  • Can I hire the picnic set up without grazing platter and drink?
    Yes, absolutely. Please get in touch with us at allthingspicnic@outlook.com or 0449 202 701 for pricing.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    * More than 12 days notice: We are happy to provide a full refund, relocate or reschedule your picnic * Less than 12 days notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking will apply. We're happy to provide a credit note to use for future events. The remaining balance will be refunded. * Less than 4 days notice: No refund given due to bad weather or change of mind
